I am blessed to have been raised in a Christian home in Belfast. My father planted a Church in the small town of Comber, of which I had the privilege and experience to be part of. Participating in the church community has always been my life, from playing flute in worship teams from the young age of 14, to serving in any additional practical way as required. Responding to the call of full time ministry, I embarked on the next part of my journey in going to Mattersey Hall Bible College in 1993. This is where I met my wife to be, Helen, whom I have been married to for 25 years. We have 3 children, who are all actively involved in serving the church.

Having over 20 years connection with Peterborough City Church, God brought us back to this wonderful city, to Pastor the Church in the summer of 2018. Having been part of the youth team in the Church 20 years ago, it became significantly clear that God was leading us back to where we first began in Elim! He has brought us full circle, learning and growing in leadership and pastoral skills on our journey of personal training and development. 

My passion is to teach and encourage the church to grow and develop in their own journey with Jesus, as well as motivating and equipping to impact the local community with the love of Christ. I long to see the church reach its potential and to see people to live passionately through the power of the Holy Spirit.  My heart is to pray for the sick and see them healed, to see the miraculous breakout and the kingdom of God advance.
